Is Kill Command (BM) still useless?

As the title states, I remember last patch I just ignored pressing Kill Command(BM) because the damage was so miniscule compared to the damage of Cobra Shot. Have they fixed this? Does the tier set fix Kill Command all together?

Spamming Cobra Shot was only a thing in PvP, because the buffs they gave BM in PvP didn’t include Kill Command. In PvE, you should definitely be using Kill Command - even back then - and especially if you have any tier bonuses.

Ah I see, yea I meant for PvP in general is it still the same? Like cobra shot spam etc and ignore Kill Command?

It depends on if you have set bonuses and are using them in PvP. If you have no set bonuses, then Cobra Shot is still slightly more efficient than Kill Command. If you have even a 2 pc set bonus, then definitely use Kill Command.
