Is it worth it to level my warrior? (prot)

I have a 51 DH, 52 Monk, and this warrior who’s now almost 50. All 3 are out of the Maw and into shadowlands content.

I really love my warrior, he was one of my first characters and I know the class very well, but is it even worth it to try to tank Mythic + as a Warrior? I’m hoping we see a buff to the spec in the coming months, but how realistic is it to be able to get into groups as a Warrior Tank (keys 15 and lower)?

I could level my DH but I forsee them getting a nerf because their so meta right now, so I’m considering my Monk as a strong 2nd choice.

Instead of playing what’s meta, cause I doubt your skill level is that high. You should pick the class you like.

To be honest I haven’t tanked prot since probably Cata or before that. I used to be a maintank in my guild during BC and WOTLK, went DPS in some other expansions after. I have a 60 lock who is my main, and a 60 Paladin I PvP with. I don’t enjoy Paladin tanking, after hitting Rival this season on the Paladin I kinda just retired her because I don’t want to manage multiple toons. Leveled a mage and druid to max level as well but tbh I don’t enjoy them very much and never touched them since.

My main goal is to just have a tanking character, I used to tank on my monk in BfA and enjoyed it, but the warrior holds a special place in my heart and coming down to everything from his name, xmogs, etc. it’s just my fav toon - I just want to know how easy other tanks find it to get into higher keys? My lock is 1200 io and I don’t come across too many warrior tanks, if any, that’s why I ask from a warrior prespective. To be fair I also don’t see Monk tanks.

there are few things in any game that I love as much as playing the (WoW)warrior. Even though it is much different the same feeling is still there for the most part. I just love this class and there ain’t much you can do to make me stop playing it. probably if they removed charge but that would be intentionally breaking the class lmao.

haha the entire reason I made a warrior was because back in 05 my friend who had a 60 night elf warrior was running my little gnome rogue thru gnomer and I saw him charge. I asked when I get that spell and he said you gotta be a warrior, rerolled that day.

i dont know what it is about that spell but i swear its the best damn spell in the game because it fires me up to destroy everythign lmao
