Absolutely true @Madalynn, I forgot how it’s still not were it should be.
Even when the talent was useful, I still hated using it as ele. It should come with a “cast while movement” buff baked into it at the very least.
Nothing like using long major cd, just to have a random “gotta move” event hit you and you waste it all…all because you didnt find that small 15 second period of no movement…periods that are becoming more and more rare as it is.
I’d love to see that, Ascendance with a casting while movement buff. I had always thought it be nice to see them reduce the cooldown abit. Or at the very least have them utilize Ascendance, like the legion legendary gloves were but without relying on RNG.
It’s definitely not too early to talk about it. If you want something like that in-game, you need to be talking about it right now.
If they’d just bring back the Ascendence glyph forms from WoD, that’d be great.

Yes I was very sad to find there was no glyph for that. I
If I had my way, it would look like a watery version of the player. Still Meriweather, but bigger and made of water.

if you havent noticed, blizzard doesnt give AF.
we’d have 2h transmog option by now. These blue haired dip@$@% only care about making money
2 hander is much more unrealistic because of attack animation and swing timers etc.
Ascendance is just a model, pretty easy solution.

Cataclysm was the Ascendant expansion, and we got the minor glyph in MoP.
Perhaps now in War Within after the Primalist campaign it is the perfect timing to add in a Primalist Ascendant glyph.
they already have 2h transmog option in the game with legion weapons for monk, pally, and DK
yes I know there’s certain items that are exceptions, like Legion Artifacts taking priority over what you actually wield, that’s not entirely the same thing as transmogging 1:1.
That being said, they could code an item to be like an artifact again, but it’s extremely unlikely and like how I previously stated, it’s much more complicated than just giving us a new model for a transformation.
Paladins:
Silver Hand 2Her appearance for Holy, no example of dualwielding weapons.
Unholy/Blood DK
Cannot dualwield, second item is red, unequippable at all to test dualwielding.
Frost DK:
Rebalanced to use both items, but still you cannot transmog dualwielding into a 2 hander, you COULD turn a 2her into an artifact, but the animation is just the main hand attacking slowly with no use of the offhand.
Monk:
you could go dualwield as a Brewmaster, but either way the artifact just sits on the shoulder while he attacks with his fists in a unique fashion.
After going through all the possible combos and checking everything, even with Artifacts you won’t find the Enhance issue of dualwield balance represented with any 2 hander mogs.
I care less about the model and more about getting MoP style huge lightning all nature damage mega-zap back.
