Is it time for ironman? Group ironmen?

Lets be honest here, if you cant beat the bots, u may as well counter them entirely.

I think its time for an ironman challenge, it would give the players who really feel strongly against botting, finally have an option to cut them out of the equation entirely.

OSRS is not perfect, but I was wondering how the concept would be perceived.

Ironman -

  • All professions unlocked (craft/enchant/make potions/gather materials for yourself)
  • Make raid loot personal for ironmans
  • Make open world gathering personal, non-competitive. no more bot mafias.
  • Lock trading/auctions (or limited to their group ironmans) if thats an option.
  • Segregate yourself from the gold buyers and sellers of the world of warcraft.

Lets face it - bots arent going anywhere. =\

Hardcore has Solo self found. It’s there.

It’s everything minus personal loot, and trading with other sff players. No trading or AH period.

Wows iron man challenge is 1-60 no death all white gear, solo self found. Give it a shot.

One of the more famous streamers in Only Fangs, Xaryu is solo self found in hardcore. He’s doing just that.

That is so not IronMan in WoW. It already exist and have done since 2012.

Rules:
No death,
No dungeons
No help
No gear better than white (bags allowed)
No talents
No professions (first aid allowed)
No buffs other than your own class specific ones
and no help from alts or other players.
AH and mail allowed
