I played on here mostly 2 years ago and the server seemed to be much more full of life than compared to now 
I mainly do not rp and was originally enticed by the 50/50 balance, although that barely matters anymore with warmode.
I’ve asked around in Trade and several people have told me progression is dead on the server, atleast on Alliance side.
Should I cut my losses and move to an Alliance server with a good scene like Stormrage?
yeah, the majority of the forum nerds that act like high schoolers are on Classic WoW, turn warmode on and you’ll find people to do stuff with.
You sure? One of my biggest fears is sinking a huge amount of time in a server that isn’t alive
ED is as alive as any other server, Retail is simply slower than it was because we’re in a content lull and classic exists as another option.
Unless you’re trying to clear mythics, you can just use LFG to get your progression in.
I’m pretty sure the 50/50 balance has slipped a bit in Horde’s favor, though.
