I played SoD at launch, but I ending up dropping off very early on due to being busy with real life stuff, and never really got around to returning until now. Came back and have been leveling again and am nearly at level 25. Is it still possible to find groups for Blackfathom Deeps as like a leveling raid, or have I missed out on it entirely? What would be the best method to search for other players who want to run the raid once I hit 25?
Its still run everyday by people. Its a great wait to gain xp.

Join LookingForGroup and download the Bulletin Board Addon in order to see all of the BFD groups. Whisper one until you get an invite, ezpz!

Nope super easy and once P3 launches gnomergan will turn into a leveling raid to so i expect there will be consistent groups running that as well

its nice upto level 37 for xps to time ratio. I was lucky to join a no reserve raid that wanted to clear it fast and no caster set pieces or the staff dropped, i did get 2 1/2 levels from 32 to 34 of xps

Ppl still running it for exp. And guildies will help so it takes 30-40 min to run bfd
