I am trying to get 4 pieces of the Heartfire Sentinel’s set; Hands, Chest, Legs, Shoulders.
I know the shoulders drop from the Amalgamation Chamber and the waist from The Steward.
However, I can’t figure out how to get the chest, Legs, and Hands.
I’ve looked it up on wowhead and they all link to 4 different types of currencies and wowhead doesn’t really explain how to get them.
Is it even possible to get these pieces?
Looks like the Tier Chest does drop from the Steward. Other items share a model with it. Try looking for those.

To get the gold one I think you’d have to plug the correct item level of gear into the catalyst in dragonflight. I don’t know if it still works.
Edit: I dragged a neglected alt to the catalyst and plugged in an ilvl 408 cloak, the catalyst did indeed offer to presto chango it into the tier 2 dragonflight appearance.

I’ll be honest, I haven’t played wow since bfa so what you’re explaining is a different language right now. So I did some research and tell me if this is correct:

Is this the currency that is part of the 20th anniversary?
Once I buy to set I need to go to the dragon flight expansion and go to this place that has a catalyst machine that will change the colour into the “normal” raid version of the gear?
Ahh, sorry! So to purchase the complete green set from a vendor, you’d need to play some battlegrounds until you have 12 marks of honor. If you used to pvp, you may have some of these marks kicking around already. The green set will not help you towards the gold set though.
The catalyst is a system blizzard put in where you can change an ordinary piece of gear into a tier set piece of gear, including the tier appearance which is what you’re after. If we can figure out how to get you some 410ish item level gear pieces, you may be able to put them in the catalyst to collect the appearances you want. The catalyst I tested is the one in dornogal, on the north side of the big blacksmithing building in the center of town. There should be a purple triangle on your dornogal map at that location, that’s the introductory quest for the catalyst.
If you’re still in dragonflight expansion that’s OK too, the catalyst is just harder to get to, east of valdrakken.
But now we need to figure out a source of 410 gear. That could be a challenge. I’m poking around dragonflight now to see if I can find a vendor dispensing such things.

Okay so if I get a ilvl 410 gear from somewhere, I then put that in the catalyst with that green set I bought with marks, then it will turn it into the raid piece?

Sure. That would make things easier.
Regrettably the green set stays green. We need to either find some random 410 gear in a dumpster to convert into the gold set, or run the shadowed crucible raid.
Each season has armor that can be converted to catalyst gear.
Unfortunatly when blizzard made the awakened raid season in dragonflight all the world drops converted to season 4 and can no longer be made into tier.
So the only way right now is to do the difficulty of the raid of the tier you want.
Since you want the normal color you need to convert abberus normal plate chest that drops to paladin tier at the catalyst.
Any of the season 4 gear that can be converated tends to be the LFR appeerance and blizzard also made you not be able to upgrade DF gear into other tiers when awakened raids went away.
Basically blizzard gutted the content in Dragonflight just for the awakened raids. Lets hope they dont continue this pattern.
The ONLY tier that can be upgraded from DF is the season 1 due to it using a different currency and it came from a world event not involved in the awakened season,
