Is it still possible to get Legion Season 1 or 2 Gladiator Gear (non-elite)

Apologies, I am a complete PvP nub. I know there are vendors where you can buy some of the old non-elite PvP gear skins with Mark of Honor tokens. Is there vendor that sells the non-elite skins for the Legion Season 1 or 2 transmog appearances? Or are those gone forever? I know sometimes things get retired.

Specifically, I was looking at this set:

I thought the robe & belt looked nice.

Anyone that doesn’t mind throwing a non-PvPer a bone and letting me know, I’d greatly appreciate it.

I’m pretty sure you can get vindictive transmog gear with marks of honour in Dalaran. I might be wrong though

Yep, you definitely can. The sets should cost 12 marks of honor from the vendor in Dalaran.
