Is it possible to get the Felcycle without having lvl 25 pets?

So I was thinking about starting the quest for the felcycle… but have been informed that there are petbattles. Is it possible to get the felcycle without Lvl 25 pets and if not what is the fastest way to get there because i can’t stand doing the pet battle crap and dont have any very high battle pets. the battle pet thing is one of the worst game play things in this game in my opinion and i hate doing it… but i want a felcycle

you need them, should check the wowhead article there are several pets that are so easy to get, 10~15 min, also if you have the pet chams can buy a token for 25 pet chars to insta lvl them up to 25

You can get pet charms via WQs, and a lot of them (this expac for suer, and I thiiiiink DF?) have “dynamic” battles where the enemy team’s lvl scales to the highest lvl pet on your active team, so those should be easy enough.

I just came back to the game for a very long break. I have 0 pet charms and just lvled 3 of the pets on the list and still don’t know how I can get pet charms to made 2 of them rares. I got 0 pet charms doing the pet trainers in Eastern Kingdom, Kalimdor and Outlands. Either these are hard af to obtain or something cause I haven’t gotten any in over 200 battles.

The pet charms are from World Quests, such as the ones in TWW. Additionally, TWW pet battles can absolutely be done with lvl 1 pets, I’m guessing others can too but I’m not sure which.

I specifically left out the zones you listed despite them being very good for new battlers to test the waters, because they don’t give charms, or give very few.

The newest comment lists various treasures where you can loot them.
