Is it possible to transfer a character from my main wow account and put it onto my alternate wow account and have for instance me and a family member play together on the same blizzard account simultaneously and if so how?
I believe no. And honestly if you have a family member or friend that wants to start playing, they should probably start at level 1 instead of cap.
As long as its 2 seperate licences of wow you can play on the same bnet account. I have 3 seperate licences on my bnet account and can run all 3 at once
It depends, if you’re moving from one battle.net account to another, both accounts must be under the same name.
If both accounts are within the same battle.net then it should be fine.

You may not share your account or password with anyone, except if you are a parent or guardian, in which case you may permit one minor child to use your account** . You may not use your account at the same time, and you are liable for activities conducted by the minor child.
