Well it’s fine, but if you are looking for a lady Draenei, watch out for the ones that have developed extra members due to extended exposure to Draenei Crystals’ radiation.

Oh, trust me, there’s men there, too. You just won’t see much of them in the first six pages unless you add ‘male’ to the search.
To be honest I feel like, in universe, you’d just get over it if the feelings were there. Like you’d probably just be used to seeing them via exposure over time. I’m sure there’d be people who’d just be like “ehhh… noooo” but then there are people who hate looking at peoples feet in general.
That said I feel like the real problem for me would be how short I’d feel. I hate feeling short already. >:(
