Played a bunch of matches and noticed the only class that is able to stand out and pump out way more dmg than others is DH. Is this normal or that guy is very skilled?

No, its not normal and it needs to be massively toned down. That person is probably playing DH for the first time and just slammed his keyboard against the wall hitting his 4 button rotation and did more damage than you.

Well yes it must be really hard being a demo lock and summoning Hellfire Peninsula to do unhealable damage while you pick your nose figuring out what to press next.

I disagree, slightly.
It does seem to be the current normal. It probably shouldn’t be, especially for the control, sturdiness, and mobility they bring in addition to that damage.
And this is after pretty substantial nerfs already.
They have consistent fluff damage and good burst with very little downtime
I just wanna say that this part made me burst out laughing.
If someone ever asks me what Demo Lock does, I’ma tell them they summon Hellfire Peninsula now.
