When people whisper you and ask things like if your a dude playing a girl character and how old you are lol. Like to me asking somebody this seems like your looking for something specific for some reason :woman_shrugging:t2: Is it just me thinking it is creepy or is that really creepy. Like I can understand if you talking to somebody and then maybe the convo makes you want talk about something but maybe you wonder if it’s appropriate all of a sudden but just asking right off the bat is blah. :face_vomiting:

Somebody was acting like I was being fishy because I wouldn’t reveal my age to them after they just asked if we could talk while leveling. I didn’t want too because I said it didn’t matter?

Someone tried hitting on me through Discord because I have a female character from Xenoblade as my Discord PFP.

And that was after he tried hitting on my friend–who is ACTUALLY a lady–through Discord DMs because he joined her Discord server through her WoW YT channel solely to hit on her.

Stuff’s mad weird, bro. Simps can burn.

I’ve known more than one girl that plays WoW. One of my sisters used to before she had kids. Guild leaders, PvP fiends, M+ crazies. And one Raid healer. All of them 100% girlo’s

Lol I am old! But things change. Sometimes on here it seems like it actually matters to some people what you are irl and they are completely serious. Wanting adult only servers and crap. It’s odd! Half of guilds I’ve been in within the last two years have required you to be over 21 somehow as if there is some way to prove it. I do feel out of touch with stuff often. But even it all still leaves me grossed out. It really doesn’t happen a whole lot on here to me. Only once in years of playing when WoW was newer. Perhaps I’m lucky :relaxed:

I made a human female alt once and on my way to Stormwind some dude ran up to me and whispered “are you a girl in real life?”. I said yes, and then he traded me a bunch of gold and disappeared.

I am still confused.
