Do you think it is a good idea if it is a good idea if we had a Surrender the game vote, like in League of Legends, when players in Epic BGs want to end the game, because a lot of times after the first fight, half the group of the losing side leaves, and then these new players will backfill and complain about it.
Whats your opinion?

Adding a Surrender Vote to Epic BGs isn’t a great move. It discourages players from trying to stage a comeback, which is a big issue currently. The fun used to be in brainstorming ways to turn the tide.
Nowadays, everyone sticks to one strategy to win. It’s still possible to claim victory even if you lose control of key points like RoC, SR, Hangar, or AV Towers. Let’s encourage more strategic thinking instead.
Not a good idea imo. A game you dont think you can win is free practice. Try to improve, try to be creative, rally your team for a win attempt regardless of the score. Maybe you or someone else on your team will learn something.
Let me farm alliance with my 40man premades. Dont allow any ff or ability to dodge rezz. Im here to bot my way to max honor levels without any repercussions from Blizz LOL. As long as they simply add more bg queues and terrible designed bg’s instead of addressing the issues ill be farming and winning 99% of them lol
I’ve been in favor of this for a while.
After some threshold has been met, such as after 5min and/or a certain K/D ratio disparity, let people have the option to surrender as long as the majority of the team agrees.
There’s no reason to trap players in a one-sided Ashran where one team has no healers and is just being slowly ground down for half an hour.
Yeah, there would be fewer of the rare cases in which a team comes back, but IMO that is outweighed by people not being trapped in games where they’re just getting farmed by premades.

I’m sure speaking openly about it is a good idea when botting has got many people banned before.
And you could probably bot for a whole year and would not reach me or owlcapwn. It takes more finesse than simply afking in premades with a bot.
By that she means she wants people to think they still have a chance against their premades.
Whats that a backdoor? oh capping as well as a backdoor watch.
Whats that you try to sneak a tower? they will just hit you with some cringe displacer knock back or stun lock rift out and retake it.
Oh your trying to take southern workshops after losing sr? thats fine they just have a 3 healer recap team running around stopping you.
They already know all the ways to counter a comeback premade v premade games and i’ve been in them are never a matter of strategy like ever its always who ever has more dps and healing period.
Which usually directly translates to the amount of mm hunter/fire mage and mw monk/holy priest you have stacked
After the first team fight, the losing team’s chat will get spammed with “Vote Surrender!”
It would be better if Blizzard focused on improving matchmaking so bgs have more balanced teams. When random pugs keep running into premade raids on voice chat, of course they’re not going to stay in a game that’s been rigged against them.

You make it sound like I play non-stop in a premade sync. Which Horde community has the manpower to field 24/7 Horde premade syncs? No one plays as much as I do, so I’m solo queued more often.
I do play a lot. When my friends log in, they invite me. I end up in a two or three-man group. That’s not even circumventing the queue system.
Are you upset that I run with AVM when they’re on or that I’m friends with an awesome multi-class capable PUG leader that you always grief? I think you know that I’m also friends with the real immortal DK you grief in-game too. Funny enough, immortal dk is also multi-class capable. I gotta hand it to you, in-game you don’t grief me, but on the forums, you spread these lies that I have a premade sync with me all the time.
I’m sorry I outplay you, whether I’m solo queued, in a small group, with a PUG leader, or with a community sync.
I outplay you every single time because, in-game, I’m playing optimally and doing objectives while you’re just typing away to complain or AFK in base.
I PUG a lot so I’m all for the better health of this game but you can’t blame me if I join syncs during primetime. Why should I solo queue against RR and BF syncs during primetime?

This is an excellent idea, especially for epic bgs which can last forever. however, it needs to be implemented for maybe when a certain X% leaves the battleground, it’ll pop up a vote for the remainders to decide if they want to forfeit the rest of the match. Given matches like AV and WG can take a looooong time, even with the reduced time remaining implementations (destroying towers and killing mini bosses) most of the time just ends up being a bloody farm for the last 20 minutes. The last few weeks I’ve been getting thrown into epic bgs that were already in a massive loss stage with no chance of coming back, and it’s been quite annoying.
At first I thought this wasn’t a good idea; however, I think the option should exist for WG. It would be better for a bad WG Offense team to vote for surrender than to backfill a revolving door of innocents into the BG.

I would actually prefer to just solo queue whenever I want, but some times of night it’s dumb because it’s only large premades (alliance) vs. solos/unorganized. You probably already know but what tends to happen is: at such times the premades only play vs. the pugs and have no competition; the pugs get caught in a cycle where if they choose to queue it’s only against the opposing faction premade.
Is that what you tell yourself as your running around with swensen zugging everyone down with sheer fire mage and mm hunter dps and 10 healers?
A truly tight game that could’ve gone either way 10 healers vs 2. Really outplayed.

They havnt done anything about it in game lol. I dont think u got the hyperbole as its a bit hard to figure out. by botting its like being a robot and simply watching a video as i autorun and press buttons attacking people for free honor.
with the current epic bg premade garbage? yes its a great idea. it would be funny to send those geeks back to the Q
that or just remove the deserter debuff for 15 mins…or make it like 5.
most of the people leaving bgs are because they are against premades who are using
coordinated comms to call out targets and its an unfair advantage.
