Is immortality an option at level 60 on new upcoming official hardcore servers?

On the upcoming new official hardcore servers, will it be death or delete even once you hit level 60 or do you get the option to choose immortality at level 60?

Death = delete. There is no value in getting to 60 as you won’t be able to do anything without the risk of losing everything and being left with the sad realization that you did nothing but waste time in leveling.

Sitting at a computer playing a video game is a waste of time. Shall we all quit?

i could see giving 60s the option of transferring to a non-hc server
but on the hc server itself, no immortality :expressionless:

You must really hate the world of Azeroth if you think that leveling is a waste of time  the story of Azeroth that’s told from 1-60 is the most engaging video game content I’ve ever played

It should be immortality at 60 like turtle wow. The addon cult is advising the 2 interns working on classic so that will not be implemented

HC haters like :turtle: WoW, color me shocked :expressionless:

No way for players to be on server with more than one life. Option to clone off dead character to reg server fine but nope.

As long as there are no raid bosses with steelbreaker like abilities, I bet guilds will hard core raid all the way to Naxx.

Assuming they can get the gates to AQ open lol.

Its happening. Grow up and get over yourself.

The classic mindset that just ruins RPGs and MMOs. Not everything is about endgame. As cliché as it is, it’s about the journey, not the destination.

Every journey has a destination, otherwise known as the goal.

Unless the goal of hardcore is to die before you reach 60, is that what you’re saying?

Clearing Naxx on a fresh HC server would probably be the hardest thing ever done in WoW.

i would argue normal players have a better chance of being involved in something like that, because even the super sweaty players are gonna die sometimes. these guilds will need a constant stream of recruits :expressionless:

Im not sure why it is hard for you to grasp the concept of the “endgame” being to hit 60. There is a whole community of people that play the game just to level. Like, that is WHY they play the game.

Speedrunning has been a thing for decades.

The goal is to have fun? That’s the point. People are always trying to equate a hobby to a job. Not everything needs some tangible goal. How is that so hard to understand.
I like to drive. Sometimes I just drive because I want to drive, it doesn’t matter where I’m going, the act of driving is fun.

That is bad for the environment, and causes congestion on the roadways, which causes further pollution. It also destroys roads, which require more pollution to get the materials to repair the roadways.

You should only drive when necessary and get where you’re going.

first time: alright let’s do this
second time: ok time to go a different route
third time: this is a little boring but it’ll be fun at 60!
fourth time: give me boost blizzard
fifth time: kill me now

what is the conclusion here? leveling is a waste of time once you get no more enjoyment out of it

Completely dodged the entire point I made to grasp onto something else.
By your logic, you should never watch T.V., play video games at all, make stupid comments on WoW forums or do literally anything that requires electricity that isn’t vital for living. Because more electricity being used adds more pollution.

So I suppose you won’t be replying because that’s a waste of resources and adds pollution.

The conclusion is that it’s not for you. If you don’t like leveling, you are not the target audience. Good thing different people enjoy different things.
