I was going to copy their aoe build for beastmaster but it leaves out some really important talents, are they changed that much that they now suck? Like the call of the wild and beastcleave during call of the wild, that was my insane aoe spike for 18 seconds, thats really no longer as good for massive aoe?
Yeah I am scratching my head at this new talent layout, Like why is Trailblazer at the bottom of the tree now? I would say if you want those cleave talents just take them you don’t have to copy Icy 100% if there is something else you like better.
Well the stuff Icy picks is all kinda new and interesting as opposed to what was tried and true before so maybe they are just that op. I’ll give them a try.
Icy veins and Wowhead are both written by Azortharion and are correct based on huge amounts of sims and testing.

Not saying your wrong cuz im not going to go look but Wowhead and Icy Veins at least for BM Hunter talents are both different for example Icy Veins does not have Trail Blazer on any of the talent setups while all of the Wowhead setups do.
Did Binding Shackles “Targets rooted by Binding Shot, knocked up by High Explosive Trap, incapacitated by Scatter Shot, or stunned by Intimidation deal 10% less damage to you for 8 sec after the effect ends.” always do this or was this added with this patch?
Yeah he made multiple edits and updates as he tested so he may have missed some stuff Ill post it on the Trueshot Lodge discord so he knows.
Edit: Apparently he doesnt do the wowhead BM builds so that explains it
I would take that site with a grain of salt. There has not been much time for testing and the builds they post are mostly for guidelines. There hasn’t been a TRUE theory crafting sight since Elitestjerks. com, and that one stopped public posting and theory crafting years ago.
I miss that site. Had to prove with absolute in order to post anything or you got bounced from posting. But the builds they had absolutely wrecked if you could pull it off :).
Was chatting with hunters in another thread and they were saying icy is correct because the new talents are broken lol, meaning too high dps right now due to the multiple dots making your damage stack, sounds like fun detected and nerf incoming lol

I copied the wowhead talents. I tend to find it more reliable than icy veins.

Can’t be wrong if it is an opinion. I don’t think you were probably around when EJ was at its height. That is ok though, no biggie. Not going to argue about it. If someone wants to believe that wowhead or Icy veins has the best builds, then that is ok with me, I personally don’t time for theory crafting anymore and don’t play very seriously either so…but on few times I have noticed some inconsistencies with the builds they put out as best in tandem with stats and trinks and stuff, but… like I said, not gonna go there because I don’t care. Have a good one. IMO They are second rate theory crafters… MY OPINION.

Go for the Throat crits are crazy… you get Kill Command, Extra Crit damage for every percent of crit you have. At lvl 70 that is nuts.
