I see a lot of rep needed in BFA patch, and im not sure is the diplomacy is worth it or not, i played this human just for diplomacy， but i really want to play something else for fun, but diplomacy is so good atm because so many things need rep grind, and i want my mains to have all of the exalted rep not an alt.
It does make a difference in the beginning of an expansion. If you wanna switch, do it after u hit exalted I guess. I switched after the mechagon & Naz rep grinds.
Of course, ultimately it boils down to what is most fun for you.
Depends on how quickly you want to get the reps done.
BFA is almost over so most of the reps won’t matter anymore.
It depends on how much the rep grinds bother you and if you care that getting to exalted take a few extra days.
We’re about to not really need BfA rep for anything as well, but I’m sure there will be some Shadowlands rep grinds.
That rep bonus racial is among the most powerful racials in the game for good reason.

start of xpac its pretty powerful, but its usually one of the better ones all the time.
No, because there is no key need for reputation in SLs and outside of unlocking allied races it has almost no value outside of SLs (now that flight is unlocked in all older content).
Comes in handy when farming Paragon Reputation Rewards.

It’s worth about 4k rep, if you’re going from 0 to exalted. So like 4 to 6 days worth of rep for the average rep, more for something that’s more timegated.
Realistically, if past experience is any indication, between world quests, rep reward table missions, and misc sources, you’re going to hit exalted pretty fast irregardless of being human.
The ONLY scenario where I’d call it worth, is if there is a crafting thing gated behind exalted, in which case you might eke out a 4 day advantage. Which early expansion can make you a lot of gold. I think all of the important crafting stuff is just gated behind honored though.
TLDR: human rep bonus is very overstated, in a big picture look.

The rep buff is back so the human racial is not needed what so ever. Just get busy grinding before the buff goes away.
Play whatever race you like the most. If you base it off racials you’ll be a bit underwhelmed. Except pandas right now [going into shadowlands] have a flat 6%dmg boost with food buffs. Idk if they fixed that.
Not sure why you didnt mention their active racial which is still good especially for pvp. They also gain i think 1% of secondary stats which is pretty good. Its not a flat 1% but 1% of your current secondaries.
Racial is meh. It shaves off a few days not worth it tbh

well for PVP i will constanly up with the trinket, so the active is kind of useless, since im not a harcore pvp. They share the same cd aswell
you can use double dps trinkets since you have the racial.

If you’re a giga casual and lazy (like me) diplomacy be nice.
If you be the type of man who actually plays the game often I don’t think it’s worth, assuming you wanna play another race.
