They’re not going to remove raids and mythic plus lol. More than anything a few housing items will be attached to these raids and mythic pluses. (think trophies and special items to signify your world first or AOTC or gladiator.)
But it will definitely be an endgame pillar. A lot of people will be interested in subbed for I anticipate many new players will stay subbed just for housing while PVP and PVE will still be engaged with.
