would gizmoblade and beacon of hope be better than Defibrillating Staff? in what situation would one or the other be better also? because i really wanna use gizmoblade on my priest
Staff sucks. Its so bad outside of healing in PvE. Roll on that gizmo blade dude!
There is a mace / offhand combo for healer. Dagger/offhand for DPS.

Nothing in the game right now requires you to itemize for spell healing, everything can be done in just spell damage gear. So go for whatever gives you the most spell damage as it allows for flexibility when switching specs or solo farming
Healers can get the gizmoblade after the dps do
This. Dps have no alternative. Healers got a mace.
