Loved fury back in the day and I really want to love it now but I am not sure if I am doing it right or if it is just the state of the spec. I see fury getting clapped over and over solo. Bgs they do ok with enough heals. Arenas there is a dedicated healers, but It just feels so heavily dependent on a second player.
Am I wrong about this?
I only do ques with no party and I have done pretty well for myself. For max fun, make sure you are not the tip of the spear. Play a style that defends your casters.
Fury is still great as a class! But with class balancing over the years many other classes have also become viable and great. I feel like you need to be great to feel great if you want to really play solo.
I play three classes in solo queue random BGs: MM Hunter, SPriest, and Furry Warrior. In my opinion (and at my skill level) Warrior, Arms or Fury, are D tier specs for solo random BG play. If you get a good healer they can be really fun but without one the class is extremely fragile.
My Hunter and SP have more damage, more kill pressure on healers, and higher survivability which doesn’t make sense from a design perspective. Part of the problem is warriors have to be in close to do damage and therefore are subject to (1) massive AOE damage (2) all the CC and I mean all of it (3) and can easily get overextended from healers.
I would not recommend playing a warrior in solo random BGs to anyone. You will feel like paper in a sea of scissors.
Arena and rated are a different story.
Totally agree, warriors especially fury is dying its not playable in PVP you will torture yourself
no its not now its very very hard and thay die from evry one any other class,range classes has higher dmg on a lot higher, Dk and paladins thay dont need to hit you itse enogh to look att you and you die like hungry dog on street :)
thay are bad very bad i play 15 years and thay are honestly very bad , especaly in pvp , only if you have rpo healer and othes are bad you can win in solo shufle, im not talking for the ranked arenas, and for dungnos no one will invite you in higher M+ . im just honest
