Is Frostfire Frost finally viable?

Some time ago i read that FF would have been buffed for Frost (and Fire).

But i only see mages play the boring Spell Slinger Hero tree.

When will be FF - without the stupid glacial- be viable ?

Never, cause non-glacial spike builds are FUN, and blizzard is against that

A non-glacial spike build just isnt in the cards with the current talent tree. Even less so for frostfire as it has increased mastery and flurry generation.

I play Frostfire Frost when soloing delves (no Glacial Spike because I need the mobility). I play Spellslinger Arcane for pretty much everything else.

It is not just Blizzard there has always been players that hate fire spec. They are also to blame as well.

I liked fire once upon a time… i hated what it turned into. But never would speak out about it (except SKB… because eff that). I’m really enjoying FF as frost, but it does lack that punch.

Yea I loved fire from classic when it had a chance to stun your target. I prefer fire spec over the other two and I love the FF aspect. I just want it to be viable as I start to gear up when I finish lvling.
