Trolliste and Trollmourne are the same…being? I struggle to call it a human because humans generally have sentience and are capable of absorbing new information.
Trolliste and Trollmourne have neither of those capabilities, die on the same hills, etc. Trollmourne is just an alt of Trolliste which was made in an attempt to lessen the “you dont even play the game” criticisms that are rightfully thrown at Trolliste every time it opens its mouth.
But all they did was get carried through Heroic a couple of times and do a couple LFR bosses. And as expected, they play like their fingers are actual sausages and make you question how they didnt get taken by the “free candy” van as a child or wander into traffic.
