The Shattered Hand really need some more development and screen time. I’d like them to be the Horde equivalent to the Alliance’s SI:7. Would be so cool to do a bunch of espionage stuff along side some heavy metal Orcs with blades for a hand.

They were SUPPOSED TO BE. In vanilla they came off like the Horde’s version of the Stasi and it served as a great counterpoint for the more benevolent aspects of Thrall. Remember: the Hand answers directly to Thrall.
It gave me the impression that Thrall was multifaceted, and had both idealism and realpolitik within him.
But Blizzard hates nuance and political worldbuilding.
