Did they increase the drop rate to 100%? I’m confused.

They let you buy it with bullion now, so by tomorrow most players will have 2 and can buy it off the vendor.

Had it last season and it wasnt nearly as strong as Iridikron staff

Oh I see. Is Iridal going to be available in the Vault though? Or did they remove it from the loot table I wonder? Cause if you could get it from Vault that would be great.
Good question, but I think it does not. The vault usually counts only raids and the dungeon pool of the season.
Well… at least it was like that when tazavesh was released as a mega dungeon

That you can get it from a vendor this season, lmao. The two are pretty close but Iridal has some downsides, the fact that it’s only a single target, that it has a cast time, and the restriction on when you can use it. In contract Dreambinder is AoE, instant and off the GCD, has a shorter cooldown and no restriction on when it can be used. Iridal’s main secondary stat is also versatility which isn’t that hot either.

Especially with how overtuned damage is in M+ now. Almost everything is a one shot or close to it unless you have 1mil HP. 
I can even foresee it: Neltharus chain boss, the dot ticks 10 stacks in 3 secs and when the boss gets to the third chain everyone will steal the lowest stat (which is usually versa) and drop all defenses by 10%, causing a wipe haha

Head enchant, and I think some embellishments if you don’t want 2x blue silken.
I’d imagine only mages and warlocks will be getting the staff. Evokers have their own legendary and everybody else that can equip maces will probably be getting the one from Fyrakk.
