I’ve gotten 5 in the last hour and 15ish minutes. Complete garbage. I already paid for the set I shouldn’t have to do a quest for it. This should have just been a quest for everyone if this is how they wanted to do it.

Ive been stuck at 8 for several hours. Been reading around and it seems like theres a lot of people at 8 or less and very very few past 8 but I cant confirm that.
Either way, really hope its not time gated.

It feels like something you work slowly towards and will definitely have by the expansion itself.
I’d consider the mount your instant gratification part and the little armour set part the mini bonus that you can try and farm right away if you want but probably shouldn’t.
That said a buff would be nice!

I ran around mounted on the ground til a dude popped up with a quest but now the orb on the back is fixed so apparently its from there now? Maybe both?
TY, yes it seems you have to click the orb on the preorder mount to summon him. 
Click the crystal thing on the back of the mounts saddle and some dude appears. He wants 40 Echo of Mortality that seems to only drop off humanoids but only 1 in 200 mobs drop 1… Its ridiculous…

This is absolute bull!! We have paid for this, and blizzard once again has disapointed thier player base by turing it into a grindfest!!! I want my money back!

If you check my profile I have the set transmogged. Took about 4 hours in a 5 man group at Blood Gate. Rng is rng. You’d go an hour without getting any then get 4 or 5 in a row. Just keep killing trolls.

Should of read closer it stated right here its a quest…quests means work for it. “Includes everything in the Base Edition, plus instant access to a Level 120 Character Boost and the Ensorcelled Everwyrm flying mount. The flying mount grants a quest for the Vestments of the Eternal Traveler transmog set.”

Can confirm that raid bosses can drop these as well and appear to drop them pretty reliably. LFR world tour? LFR world tour. You definitely will not get 40/40 in a day unless you’re farming a day straight, but there you go!
Also the farm in Arathi highlands with all the Forsaken and orcs is a good farming spot. The mobs respawn quickly and aren’t that tough.
I got currently got 12. Stopped for the night, will continue tomorrow in the same spot. Tiragarde Sound, south where all the pirates are. Good spot
