Is enhance easier than ele?

I’m 185 item level ele and honestly I’m starting to get bored of it and thinking about switching to enhance. Is enhance easier than ele?

Enhance in SL probably one of the more difficult specs. Having played ele into bfa mythic raiding (and hasn’t changed TOO much) and maining enhance currently, it’s a far more complicated spec now than it was in BFA. There are a lot of interactions to keep track of and you need to press buttons in the correct priority to maximize those interactions.

If you’re looking for simplicity, enhancement isn’t for you. However it has a very high skill ceiling and is very satisfying when you can execute the spec well.

ENH can be difficult but is amazing when mastered…whack-a-mole/ADHD style game play is fun to me.

I haven’t played ele (like, ever, despite maining shaman since BC), but right now, enh is an above averagely complex spec. There’s a lot of combos you need to set up to do max damage, a lot of cooldown management, plus, you’ve got the evergreen melee complaint of needing uptime near your target.

If you’re going for pve then yeah enhancement is great
pvp though they gutted certain aspects that helped it out alot in BFA and the build up either takes too long to take advantage of or ends up not being worth it
