Sooo I just logged on to the character I was playing yesterday. Eclipse is “passive,” but the rest of the tooltip still seems to infer it’s active, and there are still active talents tied to it. There’s nothing in the patch notes about this, either. I hated pushing a button for eclipse, but if I’m unable to use it at all, I’m kinda at a huge disadvantage. What’s going on?
I had to re add the button back to my bars from the spell book.

Are you specced into Elune’s Chosen by any chance? I believe it removes your option of going into Solar Eclipse via one of the hero talents. Is that what you mean? That confused TF out of me for ages until I decided to read everything 
I am in Elune’s Chosen!
And yeah, I discovered that I had to re-add the spell from the spell book. Usually I drag talents to my bars from the talent tree ‘cuz it helps me stay organized.
