So, I’m finishing up a few quests in Draenor before hitting up the Broken Isles. Among these is the chain to get the Image of Archmage Vargoth as a Garrison Follower.
Once I get to Shattrath City for the Mysterious Hat…there are no mobs. I get to the area where the hat is, I see the Image disappear. But, the Hat is NOT there. There isnt even the “!” indicating the lootable quest.
Was this a deliberate change? Or is this a glitch?
if I remember, you gotta do the intro quests there to unlock the place

no its broken. Ive been doing WOD for the last month and have compleated all quests .
The area around Shattrath City is now phasing out with no mobs. Again I did all the quests in this area and got the loremaster ahev for WOD.
Looks like it was fixed a few hours ago. The mobs were there, as was the Mysterious Hat.
Not sure if Blizz actually follows the forums, but something got their attention.
Super broken, A lot of craftable gear is now unobtainable cause small indie company blizz.
There are problems with phasing everywhere now. A quest you don’t realize you have may keep the quest you need from popping or keep you from phasing into the right phase.
The hat is bugged your only suppose to be able to find it when capped wod 100 its a daily zone and bugy as hell the few storylines over lap in the area as well.
Update… This was fixed now. At least for me its working again
