Yeah, skillset and time are factors. If you’re a good healer and dps then you’ll probably have the quickest time crushing your way up on something like Mistweaver.

You can just check the leaderboards and you’ll see top 31 rated characters on SS are DPS, the highest healer is top 32. 7 DPS specs are currently 2.4k, no healers have passed 2.3k
Healer is easier because your Qs are instant.
DPS gotta wait 45 minutes for a match.
Obviously much much harder as a healer. Just look at the ladder lol
The only reason to play heals in solo shuffle is if your time is limited and you need to get in as many games as possible. I play both heals and dps, and dps is leagues above heals in ease and waaaaaaay less stress.
You only heal in shuffle if you’re a diehard healer masochist. But much mid-to-end of the season it’ll probably be easier due to inflation and instant queues.
