I’m a Frost DK refugee that is switching to Warlock and I am trying to resolve my talents for PvE. Is Doom ever worth using as a talent? I love it as a flavor ability but the utility seems underwhelming as the countdown is horrendously long and the damage is negligible. Is there ever a reason to use it?
At the current moment there is zero to none a situation that you would want to take doom.

The only time I’ve heard of Warlocks using Doom was in the Mage Tower.
Other than that, Doom is, essentially, a dead talent.

I wonder how much they would need to buff it to make it worth taking and using. The fact that it’s not worth the global cooldown and has been like that for quite awhile is nuts.
