Is divine intervention still in HC?

If you wanna discuss things its best not to be intentionally disingenuous when doing so.

Unless hunters reviving their pet is now “Not Hardcore”

Death=delete. Or are hunters special and do their pets transcend the laws mortals abide by

Incidentally its kind of funny that you can play as an undead and battle other intelligent undead in a gamemode in which death = delete.

I wonder if UD is going to be the goto safe race for fear removal. No clue the list of places it can save your group

hunters should definitely not have revive pet but that’s a topic for a different thread :expressionless:

Nah.
Death means your hc run is over. Delete or move off the server makes no difference. There’s no coming back. I roleplay and love shaman class plus I’m fine with the hardcore ruleset provided by Blizz. Perhaps you can look at it as your connection with the elements being severed on death as the ic reason you cannot reincarnate.

Petri flasks aren’t going to be common and lotus will be highly contested. I do think that the flasks should be adjusted to allow no action at all so no hearthing or recall or porting etc.

Yeah it’s probably the safest race on horde, and the starter zone is easy.

Probably see orcs also because stun resist can save you, and the axe skill points are good (particularly for warriors where skill points matter).

My guess is there will not be many people that make it to 60 and if there’s competition for farm it will be from bots, not legit players. Less than 1% of people made it to 60 with the addon, and that was with appeals.

there’s no horde equivalent to light of elune from ashenvale questline correct? I think enabling single use items in hc is an opportunity for blizz to attract players back to the server. Maybe noblegarden world event gives a horde equivalent one each year etc.

It’s a single use, correct?
Not an issue.

I mean there are LIPs right?
Those are still in just like petri flasks.

Red herring, but what about Goblin Jumper Cables?

I know, I know. Death = Delete. But considering their low proc chance, it’s basically just a death saving throw.

death is permanent. simple as. things that prevent death like DI thus are ok. anything that involves a dead person getting back up is not ok. :expressionless:

I’m not seriously advocating this, just humouring the conversation of where the line could be drawn while still incorporating elements from the game. It does feel bad that some class tools (such as Reincarnate) are actually useless in HC.

Goblin Jumper Cables (and their infamous unreliability) used be an institution. It would be cool if they could somehow be incorporated as a one-time only death saving throw. But I recognise it would be game breaking to introduce them.
