Is Death Charge bugged?

Death Charge in Rider of the Apocalypse tree says -
“Call upon your Death Charger to break free of movement impairment effects.”

This does not remove slows when used. Yes, I know during the duration you are not immune to slows, just cannot be slowed below 100%, but shouldn’t it remove slows on use?

Tested the following

  1. Confirmed that Frostbolt slow is a movement impairment effect, since druid shift removes it.
  2. Confirmed that Death Charge removes movement impairment effects on use, since it gets rid of Frost Nova root on use, but does not make you immune to Frost Nova during the duration.
  3. Death Charge does not remove Frostbolt slow on use.

If 1 confirms slows = movement impairment, and 2 confirms that Death Charge removes movement impairment on use, why doesn’t it remove slows on use?

Its worded goofy. It breaks roots, not slows. It makes you not be able to be slowed below 100% walk speed but it does not make you immune to getting re-rooted or slowed at all.
