Super impressed with the Blizzcon the Diablo 4 team turned in. Tons of pressure after last years fiasco and they came through clutch. Let’s take a look at some of the highlights.

As a Classic player only I am also excited by what I saw for Shadowlands because as it stands right now it is simply too hard to get to max level and into retail WoW. Hopefully the friendly competition from the D4 team will push retail WoW into being a more accessible and inclusive gaming experience.

You do realize D4 and WoW are completely different games right? You are comparing a hack n slash dungeon crawler to an MMO.

What interested me on the other part of the Shadowlands talks was that it feels like they are trying to revamp the system. They don’t want to admit it is a mess, but I like getting off Azeroth and away from that story. It is terrible.

one is a MMOrpg the other is a action rpg not the same at all.im playing both anyways.
A lot of Vanilla WoW was originally based on Diablo systems like the different classes and talent trees. Glad to see talent trees come back to WoW. You don’t know your Blizzard history very well!

Pretty fair to conpare them, what with M+ timers and Eternal Palace arcade game mechanics that wipe you regardless of your choices in the RPG aspect .

Only reason D4 is behind Wow is because it doesn’t get as much updates to make you wanna play more… once you get full ancients in diablo there really isn’t much more reason to keep playing.
If diablo had patches every few months that added new sets to hunt then I’d agree that it’s better than WoW.
No, as always, WoW is the WoW killer.
