Is customer support closed?

I was wondering if you guys are experiencing the same on your end.
My wife opened a ticket to appeal a ban that she got last weekend, she has yet to receive a reply from customer support.
Not here to debate the ban itself, I know it’s a false positive as I install everything on her computer and she plays right beside me.
Simply want to know if it’s normal to wait this long for a reply, when i check in game tickets are marked with an average reply time of 8 hours (its been over 5 days).

Have her check her email spam folder, also appeals take time.

It’s been over 10 days and blizz has not looked at the ticket yet, I read that customer support had gone bad, but this is just insane.
I’ve been a blizzard customers for the best part of my life and it’s unacceptable to have no support on a paid product like this.
