I heard about it, but it was actually targetting towards Minecraft mods, which also use Curseforge, last time I’ve checked.

Curseforge is fine. A few Minecraft addon developers had their account compromised and a malware-loaded Minecraft addon made its way in. Curseforge itself was not compromised and WoW is certainly not affected.

Ever since over wolf took it, I never had an issue with it. Ads aren’t a problem people claim to be and if it bothers you

i’d recommend against the curse forge launcher app at least. Very vulnerable.
