If my gear show 30% critical strike will i really have 30% against my target in arena or it also have scaling ?
you have the crit amount it shows when your in arena. But crits damage dealt in arena are a lot lower then they would be outside of arena. I dont the exact # but I’ve heard its halved in arena
its 150% in arena rather than 200%

It should be 30%, but crit is nerfed to 150% in arena and for most classes the worst stat
basically if crit is not the best stat by FAR in pve for your class, it absolutely sucks for pvp(as crit is balanced for 100% extra damage, not 50% extra like pvp). the only time you would want crit is for procs/synergies. the 50% nerf is massive and devalues the stat heavily.

When I played holy paladin back in the day I loved crit. But secretly wanted to play druid so I could spam hots and watch green numbers fly all over the raid. 8D
I always thought haste/crit would be the best setup, now I got it!
Crit is pretty good for ele sham, but they have a passive that increases it to 250% instead of 200, I assume that this makes it 200% in arena.
