Is "Coastal Mana Potion" the best Mana Potion?

I can’t seem to find anything better than this, and it really doesn’t do much for a geared BFA character?

I just use that potion that has you sleep for a moment as it fills up your bars

I have a mage, so if it’s out of combat, I can just use a mana bun.

There is nothing better than Coastal Mana Potion in combat?

Does there need to be?
I rarely have any issues with mana.

My arcane specialization spell “Arcane Missiles” uses A LOT of mana.

At this point, any normal BFA enemy drops quick, and my bar only goes down 1/4 to 1/2.

However, often when I face any special or stronger enemy – the bar runs out when they still have 1/2 to 1/3rd of their hit points.

Arcane main here: you really should never cast missiles outside of clearcasting procs (except in PvP). The spec revolves around mana management, so the skill involved is adjusting your damage output for your mana needs

Mana pools are static in size based on your spec (healers vs non-healers). More gear doesn’t increase your mana pool (unlike health pools), so upgraded mana potions aren’t really valuable.

If you’re healing, look at the Potion of Replenishment - it restores like 25k mana (compared to the - what - 11k of the Coastal Mana Potion) over 10 seconds (but you have to be careful with using it, you need to drink when you know you’ll be safe for a bit).

Mana potions really aren’t intended to be used by DPS players; point in fact you’ll get more value out of a DPS potion (Potion of Unbridled Fury) versus a mana potion in most cases, even with Arcane mages. Arcane mages are pretty much the only DPS spec left that cares about mana at this point and for Arcane, it’s the core resource management tool for the spec (Arcane has two DPS “phases” - burn phase and conserve phase - around mana use).

I’d suggest checking out the wowhead Arcane mage DPS guide.

you wanna run workshop get the ingenious mana battery

Arcane doesn’t actually care about mana if you play it correctly. It’s a faux resource.
