Is Classic Fresh considered a 'classic progression realm'?

Just wondering when I see descriptions between classic era, classic cata and classic anniversary what is considered a ‘classic progression realm’???

All we know so far is that the Anniversary realms will be “progressing” to TBC.

Personally, I would really like to know the future of any of these classic realms. I enjoy the day to day of just playing the game, but I also like to know what I’m working towards.

Crazy Idea? Anniversary servers --> "Legacy Progression" Multi-Era Experience

My biggest hangup with retail isn’t really the game itself… it’s the 20 years of stuff I’ve missed. I just don’t enjoy skipping ahead. Am I unique or do others feel the same? I’d love for the anniversary servers to begin a path towards a permanent long-term solution to this by allowing characters to create a “legacy” of their own based on their accomplishments in each given expansion across the history of the game.
