I completed it and got the achievement for it but it still shows white (not green) in my map/quest log.
Anyone else experience this?

Yep. Mine shows 6/7 completed and this is white for me as well.
same here how do i complete it or start chapter 7 or did … all it says for me is to raise all my major factions of dragonflight to continue the campaign which are all max except wrathian and sebellion… but thats under the guardians of the dream campaign whis as urs is mine is white for the last chapter
Same issue, completed this, got the achievement, campaign in my log still shows 6/7 with New Beginnings in white.
Same. I honestly thought we had more … LOL I pay little attention at the time, I get quest, I don’t read quest and I do said quest. Mostly done on autopilot
Same. According to WoWHead, I’ve completed all of the steps of “New Beginnings” to complete it, except for the Night Elf-only step 5 (“A Personal Offering”). (Update: I’ve opened up a GM Ticket to see if anyone at Blizzard can help here. I just wish I knew why this weren’t completing, or at the least, confirmation that it’s a bug.)
Same boat. Since I’m not a NElf, I am unable to “finish” the storyline in Emerald Dream. Kinda silly to have this be a blanket quest, rather than it omitting race specific steps.
