Is Celestial Conduit bug?

It’s weird to use SEF > move out mobs > Celestial Conduit with 0-1 target hit for maximum DPS.
But CotC might not be available if Blizzard fixes this bug.

Its technically a bug with Storm, Earth, and Fire, not Celestial Conduit, and yes, it absolutely feels weird to do it. There should be no threat to CotC if the bug with SEF is fixed beyond the fact that the bug is the only thing giving CotC a chance of relevance currently.

Just for information’s sake, this bug has been fixed.

It should be, Shado-pan is only talent for ww now.
