Once you have 4 cata charges there is 0 reason to not convert w/e gear you have into tier.
Taking 3 month is silly because what are you saving your cata charges for ?
You are guaranteed a choice of 3 heroic pieces from vault and another from map.
(With bonus points of vault being able to be tier itself)
The worst case scenario is that it takes you 7 weeks to get 4p assuming the worst possible rng.
Because last season I got, oh, 14 trinkets (I counted!), 5+ bracers, 5+ gloves, 5+ weapons, and 5+ shoulders before I finally got the last tier piece I needed (chest).

This is the 2nd week of the new season. Most people complaining about low damage are probably still gearing up.

You gain more doing proper rotations and managing frenzy stacks than anything.
Even without 2/4p orange parsing normal is 100% possible with playing well

The problem you are having with my build is that I switch Tar-Coated Bindings to Deathblow and somehow thatâs whatâs making my low dps to improper rotation. The global cooldown is what, half a second? So, letâs say I press Kill Shot when it procs and somehow thatâs the death of my dps, is it a playerâs fault or maybe, somehow it points to the a problem within the class design that one proc means the downfall of a rotation.
Nothing I have said indicates that I have all the necessary items to be top tier. It has always been my experience and my experience alone. And judging from otherâs opinions, I am not the only one feeling it.
Barbed Shot, especially for PL is very proc dependent. You can have instances where they will fall off without proc. And I will admit that I sometime bungle that. This is exactly what I mean by being intrusive. All you have is my data, you know nothing of me and my wow history but somehow it is okay for you to be this amount of toxic. Honestly, how much do you have to give to just be nice?

Itâs almost irrelevant any more. Maintaining stacks is a joke. Snozay likes attention.
Basically every time you cast Barbed Shot your pet gets a stacking buff called Frenzy stacking to 3 times for 12 seconds. Barbed Shot has two charges on give or take 15-16sec CD.
It used to be more difficult and a good skill expression to maintain 3 stacks with 100% uptime, but so many talents and now tier set make it brain dead to maintain 3 stacks
and yet there are players who struggle with it to this date and say BM does poor DPS. there are players who press kill shot right now and then complain that BM does poor DPS.
many people complaining about BM doing poor DPS are 100% self reporting skill issues. itâs not a bad thing.
