You clearly didn’t look where bm isn’t even the spec that gains the most from tier set bonuses.
I suggest looking at the following specs.
Demo warlock
Fire mage
Guardian Druid
Prot warrior
All with higher gains from the new tier.
Lots of other classes with 10-15% gains
