The last beta test was capped at level 45. So whats the deal there? The game comes out in 9 days.
Its not like this is a new game.
It’s almost they had something specific in mind, and weren’t giving you free game time.

blizzard probably believes it will take players months to reach world first 60, so they’ll have plenty of time to open beta servers for streamers to test the endgame.
