These nerfs are pretty good targets. Ferals burst during incarn and tankiness from king of the jungle was the main reason why it was OP.
Feral does need slightly more nerfs but its better to do it slowly rather than quickly and kill the spec. I think a aura nerf of 4% with these changes in pvp might be a good addition.
