GW2 has been doing that since the beginning of time. WoW only kind of does it, and what they actually do is more like blanket nerfs/buffs to hp or armor. To call it lazy would be an understatement but whatever. I’ve long since given up on any real balancing for PvP.
Apparently people don’t read patch notes… they did just buff them… damage and mitigation. People are just bad and don’t know how stagger works and want the entire spec to be watered down to pressing 2 buttons for mitigation.
