Yeah I remembered once in rocket League being one game off grandchamp. Then I went on this downward spiral where I refused to stop queing. Fell to almost plat 
was bad… Then I just qued normally after that and got grand champ eventually just playing normally. No point on stressing… Just play, you got tons of time.
