Berserk is just kind of meh, middle of the road, whatever manga.
I’d go for the real masterpieces before reading that. Eyeshield 21, Death Note, things like that.

Yes, read Berserk, it does not disappoint.
It is honestly hard to top, by most peoples standards anyway and is often the manga that gets people into manga.
Also being a one man project is absolutely astonishing. Kentaro Miyura did it ALL himself for decades. The art, story, everything, one man. Keeping this in mind while reading will blow you away.
The artwork is still consider some of the greatest artwork in manga… ands its one man, not a whole team!
But i guess i can see why someone that plays a Vulpera wouldnt like it.
