It is often stronger which people may take as being easier, especially in PVP.
Personally I’d rank Boomie harder than Ele to play well. But my experience on either spec is dated, like early SL.
For PVE, no.
For PVP, situationally.
It’s a little complex, but ele really is just the basics of knowing when to use your totems and how to press meatballs. Boomyh as more to it in the terms of casting and lack of defensives
