My brother died oct 2021.
His belongings are at his common wealth partner that separated from him that same year but they had a child together since 2016.
I live in Canada so anyone can help where I stand getting that stuff back?

No will, but living in ontario, toronto, canada. So ONE lawyer said I can fight it but his belongings go to his kid so a lawyer is picked for the kid and I’d need to fight that way which is a big mess on its own.
