Mmm, a better comparison would be the Challenge Mode sets, which we didn’t get a whiff of in Remix.
I don’t expect MT appearances to make an appearance.

Sad they didn’t, but tbh I’d rather see them return during retail timewalking. Same with wod challenges and legion mt.
Only available during their respective tw week.
No, limited time events and rewards are a crucial part of the mmorpg genre. The world is suppose to be a living world, and just like the real world there are certain things that can only ever be experienced for a limited amount of time.
I agree collectors can have hard time in game, especially if it is paired with severe OCD.
If I was collector, I wouldnt play this kind of game.
After reading your comments I got the “I don’t want to play the game, but get everything”.
Long story short, TP rewards rotate, others cosmetics are always here to stay. As for the rest 0.1% of the rewards… Don’t stress over it.
Nope. I love limited time events and I get slightly annoyed when Blizzard brings back rewards they told us were limited time.
I’m not a completionist…
So no, it doesn’t bother me at all. ![]()
“Is it just me” or is the incessant whining getting less entertaining. It used to be fun to watch these dopes get all up in their feelings over this game, but its getting boring. ![]()
I guess I’m whining now. ![]()
Whining is fun.
Must be, seems to be an international pastime now! ![]()
Why would any mature, rational person worry about something as trivial and insignificant as this?
Nope. Exclusive items are a good thing.
Nah, every live-service game has limited-time stuff.
Ya gotta be there, ya know?
Even IRL works this way to some extent.
Some things, yeah. I do feel like we’ve gotten a lot of nice stuff as filler, like Remix and Plunderstorm and alllll the TW and anniversary stuff. But man. Can’t wait til we get that upcoming content that actually has to do with the expansion.
No, fomo is user error. Go seek anxiety medication or something.
FOMO is definitely being used here to keep player engagement high. If you have to do the thing this week, and you have to do a thing next week, you’re logging on for 2 weeks. It makes sense from a business perspective.
I do like some limited availability in items. I find myself not using mogs others use regularly. Limited availability can add a feeling of prestige to an item.
The only thing that slightly bugs me is Limited time combined with Heavy RNG. But even that doesn’t bother me enough to warrant getting mad or stressed about it.
Im an adult, I understand and accept i cant have everything and move on. If i don’t get the mounts this event i’ll completely forget about them till next year. If I don’t get a season mount that gets removed, then oh well, i should have played during that time.
Not really, no. I usually see them as a nice bonus.
If I get it, great, I’ll probably use it for a bit and then probably never again. I switched the Void skin off my Dirigible recently because I liked customizing my mount and also I wanted my mount to stop screaming in Void at me, and that’s time sensitive.
If I don’t, life goes on, better luck next year, etc.
Still waiting for that damned chain tabbard to return ![]()
I couldn’t care less about limited time items FOMO is a player problem
